Appunti per un Faust privato

Working on the Faust suddenly that I wanted to tell begane to germinate, to reproduce and to multiply itself in series of "pictures", out of the canonical story. So Mefistofele was born.
Sketched pictures, studies, notes and designs, as I said before, in continuoes process of adaptation. They are funs, anxieties and reflexions, thoughts always changing in the space of the head, in the closed room that in which one recently tempts to barricade oneself, the space in which the world breaks in throught tv-images and noise of the cars.
They're associations of different material of texts (mostly of them I written by myself, with some citationes from Maestro e Margherita and from Goethes Faust) of images, of video, of tv, of songs of little mental choreographies.
The long night without sleeping, the bloody fight with oneself for the sleep and abandonment, lucidity, difficulty of coming out the own space all this provoked the apparition of Mefistofele and of his assistance Margherita-cat, who sprang out of the tv.
Mefistofele is the number two, the other part of being, that one which knows the world and dares, the adulterating part exchanges objects and dares to live.
Mefistofele: "Without me you don' exist, with me you exist. You want remain a single person but also I get it; so we are two and you're not alone. You're not alone / not alone / without me". The number three, Margherita-cat, is close, so close every time with her silence and her noise she gives flowers and pleasures and at last, she takes in her arms.
